Essastone<\/a> and Caesarstone<\/a> are brands of engineered (or reconstituted) stone made from quartz. Both have similar physical properties, come in a wide range of finishes, and are brands we recommend. But which should you choose?<\/p>\n

The Difference Between Essastone and Caesarstone<\/h2>\n

Like Samsung and Apple, Essastone and Caesarstone are two highly-regarded brands that produce similar products. We supply and install both brands because both are high-quality, and it enables us to provide greater choice for our customers.<\/p>\n

Your decision comes down to personal choice \u2013 customers normally choose whichever brand has the specific colour or finish they require for their installation. The main differences between the brands are:<\/p>\n

Colour Choice and Range<\/h3>\n

Essastone<\/strong> \u2013 We provide the full range of more than 25 Essastone colours, ranging from whites and creams (Carrara and Saint Moritz) to darker shades of grey, brown, and black (Dolomite Spur, Monte Cervino, and Nero Assoluto). Essastone is available in 4 finishes: Gloss, Matt, Weathered, and Igneous.<\/p>\n

Caesarstone<\/strong> \u2013 The Caesarstone collection offers a wider and more diverse range featuring more than 75 shades. The range includes whites, creams, and blacks, but also some more adventurous shades, including Amethyst, Blue Agate, and Dumortierite.<\/p>\n

Warranty<\/h3>\n

Essastone<\/strong> \u2013 Essastone offers a 15-year limited warranty on its quartz products.<\/p>\n

Caesarstone<\/strong> \u2013 Caesarstone offers a 10-year limited warranty on its quartz products.<\/p>\n

These warranties cover defects in the manufacture of the slabs but do not cover installation work (covered by Medici\u2019s 5-year warranty) or problems which result from misuse or neglect.<\/p>\n

Cost<\/h3>\n

Both Essastone and Caesarstone offer great value for money. Each colour of stone has a different base price (calculated per sq. meter) \u2013 please call us if you would like prices for certain colours to compare.<\/p>\n
